Mr. Yiu Chi Shing (formerly known as Yiu Chi Man), aged 58,member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference。 Mr. Yiu  holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Huaqiao University, PRC and a honorary Doctor of International Business from William Penn University, Iowa, USA. He is also qualified as a senior economist. Mr. Yiu is the Chairman of the board of directors of TransGlobal Group (International) Limited, a company principally engaged in real estate development and operation, financial investments, tourist resorts and the construction of bridges, roads and urban public utility infrastructure in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr. Yiu is the president of the Hong Kong Association for the Promotion of Peaceful Reunification of China, a member of the Election Committee of the HKSAR and a Justice of the Peace of the HKSAR. He is also awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star by the Government of the HKSAR.

Mr. Lui graduated from Hong Kong Polytech University and has a Bachelor degree in accounting. He is a member of HKICPA, owns about 18 years experience in company finance, accounting and auditing. Mr. Lui was appointed to be in charge of financial, financing and investor relations activities when he joined the company in 2003, and later in 2007, he was appointed as Executive director. He is also a non-executive director of Co-prosperity company.

Mr. JIA Kun joined the company in 2003 and currently serves as its President. He has 8 years of judicial experience and 20 years of legal, risk management and administrative experience.

Mr. Lu is a Senior Engineer and an expert of gas engineering. He is the National Registered Public Facilities Engineer, the member of China City Gas Council. Mr. Lu has been engaged in the research of planning, design, consultation and management regarding natural gas projects, holding positions in several gas companies as the senior specialist and has accumulated rich experience in the development and operation of natural gas industry.

Appointed as Executive Director at February 2019；Joined the Group in 2003, senior economist in China with over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance and economics。

Mr. Ge,  joined the Company in 2015 as the executive assistant and is also in charge of evaluation of investment opportunities in the industry. He has about 12 years’ work experience in the finance and investment sectors in the PRC and overseas. Before joining the Company, Mr. Ge worked in HOPU INVESTMENTS, Bank of China New York Branch and Great Wall Securities Company Limited. Mr. Ge holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology.
